Room hire charges

1. Charges are as follows:

• Individuals, small organisations, informal groups, larger groups, formal or informal - £11.00 / hour
• Community business / organisations - £15.50 / hour
• Companies / businesses, statutory organisations - £20.00 / hour

2. Refreshments:

Tea, coffee and water can be provided. You can elect to:

• Make a donation of a fixed amount - can be invoiced
• Use the available 'Honesty Box" and make individual minimum suggested donations of .50p per cup (water is free)
• Supply your own and use our cups, kettle etc
