Complaints

Should you have any cause to make a complaint, please feel free to do so, we will endeavour to remedy any issues you have with Taff Rocks, the building or any hirers of the building. Please include as much detail as possible, including:
  • Your name and contact details, we will keep this confidential
  • Date of incident
  • Time of incident
  • Name(s) of person or persons involved - if applicable
  • Please keep your complaint to the point, include facts and explain the impact the issue has had on you
